Biofloral Return & Refund Policy
Before initiating a return, please contact our team to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). This number is typically issued within 24 hours.
Once your RMA is approved, please provide the following details:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- The name(s) of the item(s) to be returned
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- Clear photos of the item(s); if defective, a short video showing the issue is required for review
Approved items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA. Returns sent without authorization or outside this timeframe may not be eligible for refund.
Non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated from the item’s purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
To qualify for a return:
- Proof of purchase is required
- RMA must be requested within 14 days of delivery (30 days for defective items)
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging (for non-defective returns)
Please note: Special orders and liquid products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Biofloral reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
Refunds, minus applicable fees, will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution (up to 5 business days). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.
Manufacturer Warranty Support
All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms. These can be found on the brand’s official website or by contacting them directly.
Biofloral does not handle warranty repairs or replacements beyond 30 days of delivery but can assist by connecting you with the appropriate manufacturer.
