Biofloral ships exclusively from Canada using trusted third-party carriers to offer competitive rates.

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be available within a few business days after purchase. If you require a specific carrier, please mention it in your order notes.

Delivery Timeline
Orders typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days across Canada.

Free Shipping (Some Restrictions Apply)
Orders of $149 CAD or more (before tax), containing eligible items, qualify for FREE shipping within Canada.

Exceptions where additional shipping or handling fees may apply:

• Orders with items deemed oversized by postal services
• Orders shipped to remote regions or destinations where economical delivery is not feasible

Some products may be excluded from free shipping and will display a banner indicating:
“This item is too heavy for free shipping and will incur additional charges. All other eligible items will remain free to ship.”

Carrier Selection
For free shipping orders, Biofloral will select the most suitable carrier. Carrier selection is not available with the free shipping option.

Order Review
If an order is unusually large, Biofloral reserves the right to review and either cancel or request additional shipping fees. If the customer declines the extra charges, Biofloral may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
