Instructions:

1. Tear open the sachet and pour the entire contents into a mixing vessel.

2. Fill the vessel with RO water up to 125 ml.

3. Shake vigorously until the media is fully dissolved.

4. Sterilize the mixture using the Athena Autoclave.

5. Pour the media into culture or utility vessels.

6. Insert plant material into the prepared media.
