Introducing the EX-800 Tall Reverse Osmosis System!
The EX-800 Tall is designed to deliver up to 33 GPH of nearly 0 PPM purified water—equating to 800 GPD. It comes with a 2:1 system ratio for feed water over 300 PPM, along with an additional flow restrictor for a 1:1 system ratio when feed water is under 300 PPM. At the heart of the EX800-Tall is our advanced 3” high flow membrane with an impressive 96% rejection rate. We’ve applied the same cutting-edge R&D that powers our top-tier GXM-200-HF and GXM-1000-HF membranes, but in a more compact, efficient package.
The "Tall" design provides extra filtration capacity, with 17,000 total gallons of carbon filtration! This includes 5,700 gallons of pure RO water at a 2:1 ratio, and 8,500 gallons at a 1:1 ratio. The system is equipped with dual stainless-steel, liquid-filled pressure gauges, enabling you to monitor both incoming water pressure and any pressure drops between the pre-filters. All components are housed in an electro-galvanized, powder-coated steel chassis, with a removable front face for easy servicing. The back panel features standard mounting holes, and all bolts are stainless steel to prevent corrosion. Two stainless bolts on the top allow easy mounting of a UV-1530 or UV-6010 Ultraviolet filter. A carrying relief is also included for convenience.
The EX800-Tall comes with a built-in membrane flush valve, which helps purge pollutants and prevent clogging or premature fouling. The system also features a fast-action, high-flow auto shut-off valve that automatically stops the system when used with an optional float valve. All fittings are quick-connect, dual O-ring, and made in the USA by John Guest. Changing the membrane is hassle-free thanks to the quick-change membrane housing, allowing you to replace the membrane without disconnecting any hoses—just spin off the old one and pop in the new one!
