Description
The HI98107 pHep® is a user-friendly pH water tester designed to simplify water quality monitoring. This portable, pocket-sized device offers accurate pH measurements with 0.1 resolution, automatic two-point calibration, and temperature compensation.
Why Choose Hanna HI98107?
-
Compact Design: Small and portable, fits right in your pocket, ideal for on-the-go use.
-
Cloth Junction: Provides a larger surface area compared to standard ceramic junctions.
-
Versatile Use: Perfect for testing drinking water, aquariums, pools, and ponds.
The HI98107 features a large multi-level LCD that shows both pH and temperature readings simultaneously. The pH readings have a 0.1 resolution and an accuracy of ±0.1 pH, with a measurement range from 0.0 to 14.0 pH. An exposed temperature sensor ensures rapid automatic temperature-compensated pH measurements, and the temperature can be displayed in either ℃ or ℉.
The LCD screen also features stability and calibration indicators. Upon startup, it shows the battery level, alerting the user to the remaining battery power. Calibration is quick and easy with the dedicated calibration button, allowing for 1 or 2-point calibration using pre-programmed standard buffers (pH 4.01, 7.01, 10.01). Once the pH value stabilizes, the meter automatically accepts and stores the calibration.
Setup options include automatic shut-off timing and temperature unit selection. The automatic shut-off feature can be set to turn off after 8 minutes, 60 minutes, or remain disabled. Users can access the setup mode by pressing a button in the battery compartment.
